Please check your insurance binder, or insurance policy, in order to identify the insurance company that writes your policy, follow the directions on the paperwork sent to you from our office, or look below for details.

To pay your direct bill premium (meaning you pay the insurance company directly) for an American Reliable, Berkley/StarNet, or Great American horse insurance, liability, or horse farm policy:

These three companies require that you pay them directly. In order to do so, follow the directions provided by your binder or policy, or go to the following websites:

Great American (GAIC): https://mybilling.gaic.com - To pay online, you will need to create a User account. The directions are provided on the website.

If your policy is with a company that requires that you make payment to our agency office, go to the Marshall & Sterling website’s Make a Payment page and click on the Equine Customers link. It will take you to a new page where you can follow the directions to make your payment.
